Anand Muthuswamy is the Managing Director – Dean Textiles Buying Service. He also serves as the Chairman of the Branding & Sustainability Sub-Committee at the Tiruppur Exporters Association (TEA). Under his leadership, he has been instrumental in advancing sustainable, circular textile initiatives in the Tiruppur cluster—most recently engaging with brands to develop post-consumer waste management strategies and promote eco‑friendly production practices. He is a strong advocate for ethical sourcing and environmental responsibility in the fashion supply chain. With over two decades of industry experience, Anand brings deep insight into market dynamics, innovation, and responsible business leadership.

Dr. Sukhpal Singh is Professor and Former Chairperson, Centre for Management in Agriculture (CMA), Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad, Former Director General, Centre for Research in Rural and Industrial Development (CRRID) Chandigarh, and Former Professor and Head, Agricultural Economic Research Unit (AERU), Institute of Economic Growth (IEG), New Delhi. Professor Singh specializes in issues of value chain analysis and management, vertical co-ordination in agribusiness, and agribusiness marketing and regulation. His research interests lie in small producer and worker livelihoods and collectivization of such stakeholders in the context of agribusiness value chains and deregulation of agricultural markets in India and the developing world. He is on the Boards of many non-profits, and public and private companies working in agri and rural domain. Prof. Sukhpal Singh joined the board of CSM in February 2018.

Tom Thomas has more than three decades of experience in the development sector. His association with Praxis began in 2000 when he took over as CEO. Prior to joining Praxis, he held senior leadership positions with ActionAid in India, Bangladesh and the UK. He serves as a member of several national and international civil society coalitions, where his contributions have informed policy and advocacy efforts. A key advocate for participatory practices, Tom is deeply invested in the praxis of participation, working to translate the principles of participation into actionable frameworks that empower communities and influence systemic change. A member of the National Human Rights Commission on Business and Human Rights, he is also an ardent advocate of business and human rights, promoting responsible corporate practices that align corporate responsibility with social justice.

Prarthana Borah is a seasoned leader with 25+ years of experience catalyzing systems-level change across South/ Southeast Asia and the Middle East, with a core focus on inclusive, sustainability-driven development. Prarthana was Country Director for CDP and Clean Air Asia, where she shaped national strategies, built mission-aligned teams, and forged transformative partnerships that advanced environmental resilience, gender equity, and social justice. Prarthana has pioneered integrated programs at the intersection of climate action, air quality, and community empowerment. A thought leader in international fora, she has extensive experience in government engagement, cross-sector dialogue, business responsibility, and multilateral collaboration. She is a mentor to youth climate leaders and provides sustainability career coaching through the Global Mentorship Network of the United States, How to Change the World, USA, Protégé Mentoring, Singapore, and the Nexus Start Up of the US Embassy in India

As Vice President of Sustainability, Prarthana leads the Sustainability vertical of Momentum India Private Ltd where she advises, guides, and drives disclosures, reporting, goal setting, and ESG strategy/implementation of Indian companies with a focus on supply chains and MSMEs.

Prarthana is a writer and speaker who has presented in multiple forums, nationally and internationally, including the UNFCCC Conference of Parties over the years.

Kerrina works as Director of Partnerships looking after the team that heads up all of the partnerships and programmes at the Fairtrade Foundation. With nearly two decades’ experience of securing award-winning strategic partnerships in the charity sector, Kerrina previously served as Head of Partnerships at WWF for 14 years – a role in which she supported Tesco to half the environmental impact of a shopping basket which later facilitated the ‘Retailer’s Commitment for Nature’. Kerrina has also worked in partnerships for Breakthrough Breast Cancer, following a career in the Japan Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, where she promoted Japan to British multinationals as a market for foreign investment.

Mukesh Tiwary leads the team of Traidcraft India as the Business Head. Mukesh brings a wealth of expertise to his role with a Post-graduate Degree from XISS, a Non-Profit Management Degree from Lee Kwan Yew School of Public Policy, Singapore, and an Advanced Management Programme in Public Policy from ISB, Hyderabad. Mukesh Tiwary oversees Traidcraft’s portfolio of Indian projects across the textile, cotton, and tea sectors. With extensive expertise in the textile industry, particularly in addressing workers’ issues, he excels in Project Design and Management of sustainable, cross-sector programme. As a skilled trainer and facilitator, Mukesh brings diverse groups of stakeholders together to co-create solutions and strategies to combat challenges.

Julieta Tourne is a seasoned communications and brand strategist with over a decade of experience across purpose-driven organizations, multinationals, and advertising agencies. As Head of Communications at Fairtrade, she leads global communication initiatives that amplify sustainability and social justice. Julieta brings deep expertise in stakeholder management, audience-centered storytelling, and the delivery of complex, multi-market projects. She has worked across Europe and Latin America, helping organizations connect through compelling narratives, strong visual identities, and bold positioning.
