Applications are welcome from anyone who is domiciled, visible or actively engaged in the India.

For Commercial Partners working with Fairtrade the application may be submitted for a maximum of two categories if the relevant requirements are met. Commercial Partners can apply for the relevant Business Partner of the Year category and either for the Impactful Communication or Innovation categories.

For Education Institution Partners working with Fairtrade the application may be submitted for the Education Institution Partners of the Year and your institution can also nominate a maximum of one application for the Young Talent Award which could be a combination of an individual student or a group of students.

Individual Campaigners and Young Talent from the industry can apply for the Young Talent Award provided all the eligibility criteria are fulfilled.

In the case of multiple applications, a new project / product / content must be submitted for each category.

The deadline to submit the nomination form is 16th July 2025.
