1. Non-Refundable Fee: Once paid, the registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances. However, a substitute participant from the same organization may be allowed.

2. Invoices & Receipts: An e-invoice/e-receipt will be sent within 15 working days post-event. For invoices issued in favor of an organization, please email Chaithra@csmworld.org with the necessary details and a copy of the completed registration form.

3. Registration Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation within 2–3 working days after registration. Please keep a screenshot of the payment success message for any verification purposes.

4. Speakers & Panelists:The event website and brochure list has the confirmed speakers and panelists. However, in case of unforeseen circumstances preventing their participation, the organizing committee will not be held responsible.

5. Event Cancellation & Refund Policy: If the event cannot be organized due to circumstances beyond the control of the organizing committee, the registration fee will be refunded within 60–90 days. Our liability is strictly limited to the refund of the registration fee in case of event cancellation.
